A fun and dynamic class set in the great outdoors. Led by Jenny who is a trained fitness instructor with an ante/post natal qualification so you know you are in good hands. Each week will take you on a new route around Lerwick with added core and strength exercises along the way. Meeting at Islesburgh Car park each week. Please ensure you have suitable footwear and clothing for all weathers.
